Responsibilities
Supports system design, analysis, and coding while following UI/UX standards.
Assists with updates and maintenance of new and existing programs.
Performs QA by troubleshooting issues, identifying causes, recommending fixes, and validating results.
Works with web services and API integrations, including communication with the banking core.
Communicates clearly, captures requirements accurately, and collaborates with stakeholders to refine user stories.
Exercises sound judgment, works independently, and manages multiple tasks effectively.
Understands business workflows, compliance needs, and how coding decisions impact quality, security, and member protection.
Contributes to a positive culture and strong cross‑department relationships.
Maintains productive relationships with branches, internal teams, and external partners.
Keeps current with relevant hardware and software tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from a four-year College or university and minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
Must be capable of accomplishing basic software development tasks.
