Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists
  • Drive insights across the full customer journey
  • Identify key drivers of customer behavior
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, GTM, Sales, and Product to build strategy
  • Lead measurement and experimentation efforts
  • Define and track key business metrics

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition, lifecycle management, retention, and subscription or product-led growth models
  • Experience driving business performance rhythms
  • Solid foundation in analytics and data science methods
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python or R
  • Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required; advanced degree preferred.
