Responsibilities
- Drive customer’s enterprise solution development and implementations using the Adobe Experience Cloud
- Lead multi-disciplined delivery teams to design, implement, and scale solutions
- Own delivery and acceptance of program scope based on consulting methodology
- Build relationships with key customer partners and sponsors
- Clearly define and document project scope, requirements, and integration points
- Act as primary point of contact for clients throughout the project life-cycle
- Ensure successful customer outcomes based on project-defined objectives
- Manage scope, prepare change requests, and oversee project delivery process
- Achieve customer satisfaction through successful project delivery
- Support work tracks involving third-party subcontractors and technology partners
Requirements
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of prior experience in a client-facing Project Management role
- Knowledge of Web Content Management
- Rich internet applications experience
- Web & Social Analytics familiarity
- Online Ad Targeting and content Personalization solutions knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor with ability to lead diverse teams
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of custom software development processes
- Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse partners
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
