Partner with account and project teams to define scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
Support concept development and shape strategic creative presentations.
Allocate resources effectively based on project complexity and client needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, art direction, digital design, marketing communications, and 3D modeling.
Proficient in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Figma, and relevant tools.
Strong conceptual thinker with ability to create compelling visual solutions.
Clear communicator with strong presentation skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
Experience in branding, point of sale, digital design; packaging a plus.
Developed personal design style aligned with current trends.
Skilled in analyzing market trends and applying insights.
Builds strong client relationships through confident engagement.
Experience mentoring junior creatives and fostering team growth.
Ability to unify design and messaging in decks and rationale.
