Responsibilities
You ensure the availability of our ADITO cloud infrastructure
You analyze and resolve issues on Linux servers
You perform backup and restore processes, support go-lives, and analyze log files in case of errors
You create post-mortem analyses and provide information to our cooperation partners and the Professional Services team
You scale our clusters using Infrastructure as Code (Ansible)
You operate our Kubernetes- and Ceph-based systems
You support our cloud appliance at customer sites and analyze those infrastructures remotely
Requirements
You have experience in system administration and strong Linux skills—daily work may involve Debian, SUSE, or Red Hat
You are eager to learn modern cloud technologies—or you already have initial experience with Kubernetes, Ceph, or Ansible
You enjoy working in a cluster environment and want to understand systems deeply, not just operate them
You take responsibility, stay composed in critical situations, and find structured solutions
You speak German well (at least B2) — this is important for our team communication
You are on-site in the office in Geisenhausen 2–3 days per week for collaboration, team cohesion, and real dialogue
You are willing to take approximately one week per month of 24/7 on-call duty, which is compensated extra
