- Develop global SAP S/4HANA training materials – SAP CO module

- Translate business processes and SAP system changes into clear, user-focused content
- Work in partnership with SAP functional teams and global process owners
- Support Change Management and adoption initiatives
- Adapt training materials for different countries and cultural contexts
- Ensure standardization, quality, and continuous updating of materials
Requirements
- Advanced English (conversational proficiency)
- Strong experience as an SAP CO Consultant
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
- Proven experience designing and delivering SAP training
- Ability to translate technical concepts and complex processes into accessible language
- Experience in global projects or multicultural environments
- Good communication skills, teaching ability, and organization
- Experience with UAT, go-live, and post-go-live adoption support
- Experience with Change Management methodologies
- Participation in global SAP rollout projects
