  • Business Analyst supporting Customer Service and Operations at WEC Energy Group. Aiding business decision-making with analysis and IT liaison responsibilities in Chicago, Illinois.

Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Service and Operations (CSO) by performing analysis to support business decision-making needs
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and various business departments
  • Implement and configure enhancements to new and existing systems and provide training support for shop personnel
  • Define specifications, conduct testing, and assist in developing recommendations to solve problems related to business system operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
  • Strong analysis, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints
  • Experience working with project management methodology preferred
  • Proficient in standard office software (MS Excel, Visio, Word)
