About the role

  • Campaign Manager creating and executing tailored influencer marketing campaigns in social media for addfame GmbH. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored campaign strategies based on clients' goals and target audiences
  • Design creative, brand-compliant campaigns including content planning, scheduling, and budget management
  • Select suitable influencers, including briefing, contract negotiation, and long-term relationship management
  • Manage and coordinate all campaign processes — from planning to successful execution
  • Analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and derive and implement appropriate optimization measures
  • Monitor current social media and influencer trends and integrate innovative platforms and formats
  • Work closely with internal teams and use resources efficiently to ensure smooth project workflows

Requirements

  • A completed degree in marketing, business administration, media studies, or communications, plus 2–3 years of professional experience in influencer marketing
  • Solid experience in planning, executing, and managing influencer campaigns — including briefings, contract negotiations, timing, and coordination
  • Confident handling of relevant KPIs, analytical thinking, and the ability to evaluate and optimize campaigns based on data
  • Experience collaborating with content creators, influencers, and agencies, and in client and project management
  • Strong affinity for social media, enthusiasm for digital trends, and solid knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Strong communication skills, a good sense for audience-appropriate content, and persuasive expression complete the profile
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Familiarity with influencer tools (e.g., Storyclash) and experience with paid media are a plus.
