About the role

  • Managing Director Partner leading growth at ADAPTOVATE in the U.S. market. Overseeing market presence and consulting excellence across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for growing ADAPTOVATE’s U.S. business.
  • Expand revenue with new and existing clients.
  • Strengthen market relationships.
  • Shape a high-performing consulting team.
  • Drive the commercial strategy for Texas and North America.
  • Acquire new Fortune 500 clients; expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline with consistent revenue growth.
  • Ensure engagements deliver measurable transformation outcomes.
  • Lead senior client conversations - from strategic problem framing to solution design.
  • Mentor teams in consulting craft: problem-solving, facilitation, storytelling, and transformation leadership.
  • Uphold ADAPTOVATE’s standards in quality, structure, and execution.
  • Define and embed ADAPTOVATE’s culture, values, and ways of working in Texas.
  • Recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing consulting team.
  • Build partnerships, thought leadership, and new market offerings (including AI-enabled transformation).
  • Champion our global culture - collaboration, excellence, transparency, and human-first leadership.
  • Drive innovation in consulting delivery, capability uplift, and market differentiation.
  • Represent ADAPTOVATE at industry events, forums, and partner ecosystems.

Requirements

  • Track record of selling and delivering consulting, transformation, or strategic advisory services.
  • Ability to originate, shape, and close high-value consulting work with C-suite executives.
  • Experience building multi-million dollar books of business.
  • 10–15+ years in management consulting or transformation leadership.
