About the role
- Lead Microsoft365 AI Engineer responsible for architecting AI solutions on Microsoft platforms. Driving innovation and collaboration in a fintech company, Acrisure.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead development of AI, Copilot, and automation solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Assist with the development of copilots, conversational agents, plugins, and workflow automations using Copilot Studio and Power Platform
- Architect and lead the integration of Microsoft365 services with Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, API Management, and internal business applications
- Define and maintain AI engineering standards, reference architectures, and reusable components
- Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure safe, governed, and responsible AI implementations
- Oversee deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management, and optimization of AI and Copilot solutions
- Provide subject-matter expertise, mentorship, and leadership across AI and productivity engineering teams
Requirements
- Deep expertise with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Search
- Relevant certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL‑600) and Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI‑102)
- Strong software engineering skills with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PowerShell
- Knowledge of identity, governance, security, and compliance across Microsoft cloud ecosystems
- Experience designing conversational AI agents, prompt engineering, and grounding techniques
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, communicate effectively, and translate complex needs into solutions
