Responsibilities
Deliver principals’ volume, share, and sales fundamental goals at the lowest possible cost.
Communicate principals’ priorities to ensure in-store presence and objectives are met.
Report directly to the General Manager managing new principal introductions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with principals and customers.
Coordinate communication and collaborate on major retail initiatives.
Leverage insights to develop conceptual sales presentations.
Provide feedback on the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements.
Maintain current account distribution information and review market reports.
Proactively manage your personal skill development plan and share information.
Ensure all client procedures are followed and monitor financial management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
A proven track-record in sales; preferably with a food broker or national company.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to analyze sales and marketing information needed to make effective sales presentations.
Proficient in a variety of software packages used to support the sales function.
Willing to travel (local travel)
