About the role

  • Product Analyst shaping the NHS communication infrastructure to enable better patient care through analytics. Collaborating with product managers to optimize user journey and product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Bridging Data and Product Strategy: Collaborating with product managers to set KPIs for each project and track impact
  • Optimising the User Journey: Conducting deep-dive analyses to understand user behaviour and uncover trends
  • Driving Scientific Improvement: Working with product managers to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests

Requirements

  • Experience working in a product-focused analytics function, supporting baselining and targeting metrics
  • Proficient in database tools (SQL/PL-SQL/T-SQL) and programming languages like Python or R
  • Experience with platforms such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Amplitude
  • Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B testing
  • Experience in statistical analytics and the ability to present findings to cross-functional teams with clarity and influence
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team with product managers, engineers, and designers
