About the role

  • Marketing and Communication Analyst supporting institutional strategies and operational flow. Engaging in campaign execution, event organization, and materials creation for a law firm.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the firm’s marketing and communications activities;
  • Create, adapt and layout institutional materials (posts, presentations, internal campaigns and communication pieces);
  • Provide support for institutional campaigns and internal communications (employee engagement) initiatives;
  • Coordinate and execute internal events (vendors, budgets, logistics and setup);
  • Organize, update and standardize department materials;
  • Support day-to-day operational requests, ensuring deadlines are met and visual quality is maintained;
  • Liaise with leadership and external partners, following strategic guidelines and the firm’s brand identity.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related fields;
  • Experience with general marketing routines and tasks;
  • Proficiency with tools for creating and editing materials (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite);
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritization and the ability to handle multiple requests;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team;
  • Experience with events is a plus.
