Responsibilities
Define and lead the global total rewards strategy aligned with enterprise business objectives and talent priorities
Oversee global job architecture, leveling, and market pricing across the U.S., India, and the Philippines
Lead executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives, and equity plans
Ensure compliance with applicable U.S., India, and Philippines labor, tax, and benefits regulations
Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and rewards cost modeling
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
12–15+ years of progressive total rewards experience, including enterprise or multinational scope
Deep expertise in compensation and benefits with demonstrated global leadership
Strong knowledge of U.S. rewards governance and international regulatory considerations
