Requirements
Technical preparation & tendering: Preparation of bills of quantities and tender documents using RIB iTWO, including quantity take-offs
Solution-oriented project development: Coordination and technical clarification with planning stakeholders and the client to optimize fit-out concepts
Cost & schedule management: Monitoring budgets and timelines and coordinating fit-out and sample logistics
Leadership & procurement management: Providing technical guidance within the project team and participating in the selection and engagement of subcontractors
