- 다양한 조직(개발, 품질, 기획, 운영 등)과의 cross-functional 커뮤니케이션 및 alignment
- 프로젝트 단계별 gate review 리딩 및 운영 책임
- 복잡도 높은 문제 해결 및 이슈 대응을 위한 주도적 접근과 영향력 있는 커뮤니케이션 수행
Requirements
- IT/모빌리티 또는 Automotive 산업에서 5년 이상의 프로젝트 관리 경험 보유, 그 중 최소 3년 이상은 대규모 cross-functional 프로젝트 리드 경험
- 소프트웨어 개발에 대한 깊은 이해 혹은 유사한 기술 도메인 경험
- 제품 생애 주기에 걸친 cross-functional 협업 경험
- 다양한 기술/비즈니스 이해관계자 간 복잡한 이슈를 조율하고 리스크를 선제적으로 관리한 경험
- Agile 개발 방법론을 실제 프로젝트에 적용하여 성공적으로 운영한 경험
