About the role

  • Consultor Comercial driving sales for 3S solutions to fleet and rental companies. Building relationships, meeting sales goals, and providing consultative client support in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned client accounts and leads recorded in Ploomes, building relationships with decision-makers at rental companies to strengthen and satisfy existing customers and win new logos
  • Receive, record and process customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate
  • Maintain market relationships by systematically recording information in Ploomes
  • Ensure consultative sales of 3S solutions to customers/leads, aligned with budget
  • Meet the daily visit target defined by the Commercial Manager (GC) to generate short- and medium-term pipeline
  • Act as the initial point of contact for customers, providing product information
  • Establish strong synergy with all internal and external areas involved in the business
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure delivery of the KPIs defined in the budget
  • Achieve the new logos target defined by the Commercial Manager (GC).

Requirements

  • Ownership mindset, sense of urgency to perform, self-management of time and a shared calendar with leadership — prerequisites to take initiative and become a top performer
  • Availability for travel and frequent visits, requiring good planning skills to increase productivity
  • Experience in service businesses related to the rental/fleet sector and/or technology (Hunter and Farmer)
  • Determination and ambition to change current financial situation in the short, medium and long term
  • Ability to engage clients consultatively and a proactive ownership mindset
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, argumentation and closing
  • Experience in service businesses related to the rental sector
  • Communicative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Emotional intelligence to work under pressure/short deadlines
  • Proactive and analytical profile with attention to detail
  • High school diploma required; additional education in Business Administration, Marketing or related areas preferred
  • Experience in operational or administrative roles related to rental management and fleet control.
