About the role
- Technical Lead responsible for leading a development team and managing software projects. Requires expertise in Python and React along with strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a development team, providing technical guidance and support.
- Manage and deliver software projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend).
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling, optimization, and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and design.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and promote clean, scalable solutions.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in team leadership and project management.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and React.js.
- Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance technical depth with leadership responsibilities.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
