Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end application process, including:
Gathering required documentation and information
Completing and reviewing forms accurately
Submitting the application to the relevant authority
Monitoring progress and responding to queries from the issuing body
Handle the business license renewal process, ensuring all updates are filed correctly and submitted on time.
Serve as a liaison with external institutions such as the **IRS**, insurance providers, and other relevant agencies as directed
Handle related correspondence, phone calls, and email communications
Support general administrative duties, including **data entry**, file organization, document tracking, and scheduling
Requirements
Proven expertise in **California business, tax, and compliance procedures**
Familiarity with **Tax Residency Certificates**, **Form 8802**, and business license renewal processes is a strong advantage
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage strict deadlines independently
Strong written communication and follow-up skills

This role is **task-based**, and payment will be made **for the full end-to-end process** (not monthly).
