About the role

Responsibilities
- Filming short videos in Frankfurt; equipment provided
- Editing in CapCut or similar; clean pacing, transitions, music, captions, and text overlays
- Implementing provided scripts and offering sensible suggestions for hooks, opening lines, and call-to-action variants for testing — e.g., two to three hook versions per clip
- Platform-appropriate exports and file naming for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta
- Upload preparation including subtitles and thumbnails when required
- Collaboration in a hybrid setup with fast feedback loops
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree in media, communications, design or a related field is a plus but not required
- Proven practical experience filming and editing TikTok videos or Reels — please provide work samples
- Confident user of CapCut; experience with Premiere Pro or DaVinci is a plus
- Strong sense for hooks, timing, story flow, and precise text overlays
- Very good German; English is a plus
- Reliable, independent working style with fast turnaround
