About the role
- Working Student in IT Strategic Sourcing assisting with IT supplier management and procurement for Nordex. Supporting onboarding, RFQs, and maintaining procurement data with flexible remote work options.
Responsibilities
- Scout the market for potential new IT suppliers
- Support supplier onboarding by preparing NDAs and creating supplier profiles in the system
- Assist in sourcing projects for software, hardware, and IT services
- Create and manage RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and compare supplier offers
- Prepare documentation and summaries for sourcing board meetings
- Support contract preparation and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Maintain procurement data and ensure accuracy in systems and reports.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Procurement, IT Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in procurement, IT sourcing, and supplier management
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); German and/or Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP knowledge is a plus
- Structured and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
