About the role

  • responsible for integrating business, information, and technology architecture to create solutions for the relevant business capability area
  • leads and delivers the analysis, design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment and support for Integrations cross capability areas
  • viewed as an expert in complex analytical and application environments
  • implements innovative, technical solutions to complex strategic and operating problems
  • integrates effectively with other applications, supports a common application environment and user interaction model
  • coordinates medium to complex solution implementations while leading design variances based upon business needs
  • coordinates engagements with vendors as they relate to evaluation, design and delivery of business capabilities
  • leads Continuous Improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience as Workday Developer
  • Experience integrating Payroll solutions
  • Deep knowledge on Integrations definitions and development
  • Strong experience in Workday integrations with WD Studio, PICOF & PECI, XSLT transformation
  • Strong experience working with middleware solutions
  • Expert in Requirements management
  • Experience with Azure
