About the role
- Veranstaltungs- & Projektmanager*in overseeing the planning and execution of training events at Competence on Top GmbH. Collaborating with teams to develop quality educational offerings while ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Planung des jährlichen Ausbildungsangebots auf Basis von Erfahrungswerten und Unternehmenszielen
- Vorbereitung offener und Inhouse-Ausbildungen und Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
- Unterstützung im Inhouse-Management und Übernahme der Urlaubsvertretung bei Bedarf
- Kontaktpflege zu Trainer:innen, Veranstaltungsorten, Druckereien und Partner:innen
- Weiterentwicklung der Abläufe rund um die Veranstaltungsorganisation im Team
- Recherche neuer Ausbildungsorte und Sicherstellung der Qualität bestehender Standorte
- Ausstellung und Aktualisierung von Teilnahmezertifikaten
- Planung und Steuerung interner Projekte in Abstimmung mit der CPO
Requirements
- 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Veranstaltungs- und/oder Projektmanagement
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium – idealerweise mit Bezug zu Projekt- oder Eventmanagement
- Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z. B. PMI CAPM, IPMA Level D/C, Prince2 o. ä.) von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Struktur und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
