About the role

  • Recruit Abstract & Notary vendors.
  • Be responsible for the creation & maintenance of Abstract & Notary Vendor Profiles.
  • Interact with ServiceLink’s vendor panel to manage fees and billing requirements.
  • Reconcile Vendor payments in accordance with ServiceLink requirements.
  • Work with vendors, as well as staff and other associated outside agencies.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Practical work experience within real estate industry.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe.
