About the role
- Collaborating closely with designers and engineers to deliver beautiful, high-quality UI across mobile and web.
- Translating high-fidelity designs into clean, reusable React and React Native components.
- Building smooth, performant animations and gestures — especially on mobile.
- Helping us bridge the gap between mobile and web to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Working on shared design systems and component libraries to keep our apps cohesive and efficient to build.
- Shipping fast and iterating often — we move quickly and learn from real user feedback.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building mobile & web applications using React and React Native.
- A strong eye for detail and a deep appreciation for great design.
- Experience working with design systems, animations, and advanced interactions in React Native.
- A collaborative mindset — you love working with designers to sweat the details.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate feedback and iteration with ease.
- A drive to ship fast and improve things continuously.
- Experience with gesture libraries and animation frameworks (like Reanimated, Gesture Handler, etc.).
- A background in design or previous experience in design-focused engineering roles.
- Contributions to or ownership of a design system or internal component library.
- Experience mentoring other engineers or helping teams level up their front-end quality.
