About the role
- Trainee IT-Consultant preparing for software development consulting projects in a hybrid work environment. Engage in intensive training and practical projects within 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Intensive 12-month trainee phase with targeted training and courses (e.g., AL programming, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, project methodologies, etc.) aimed at preparing you for the role of Junior IT Consultant (m/f/d)
- Consulting projects in software development (ERP) — from custom development and programming to implementation at the customer
- Requirements analysis of customers' target (to-be) processes and analysis and optimization of processes based on our comprehensive ERP solution unitop
- Support in project coordination and customer communication regarding measures and budgets
- Conducting workshops and training sessions with (key) users related to the implemented solution
Requirements
- Completed degree in (business) informatics, engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or another discipline (e.g., STEM)
- Strong interest in new technologies and enjoyment in working with technical tools
- Ideally, initial experience in a programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and in working with databases (e.g., SQL)
- Team-oriented personality who can also work independently with responsibility and initiative
- Organizational talent with quick comprehension, high quality standards, and strong customer focus
- Very good German skills, spoken and written (min. C1), and good English skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally
