About the role
- Manage backend operations for multiple TikTok Shops while optimizing product listings and analyzing performance metrics. Collaborate with teams and maintain account health in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and optimize product listings to ensure accuracy, compliance, discoverability, and alignment with brand standards
- Monitor and adjust product pricing based on cost of goods, platform fees, and marketing performance
- Submit eligible SKUs into promotional campaigns, track enrollment windows, monitor discount structures, and evaluate campaign performance impact
- Proactively track shop warnings, product takedowns, and policy violations, resolve issues swiftly
- Review key analytics including sales velocity, traffic, conversion rate, and top-performing SKUs
- Deliver daily reports summarizing performance across all active shops, highlighting wins and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with creative teams to A/B test product images and listing copy
- Keep current with TikTok Shop updates, seller tools, algorithm shifts, and feature rollouts
- Liaise with creators, marketers, and operations teams to ensure product listings are synchronized with campaign schedules and promotional goals
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and task ownership
- Experience managing eCommerce product listings and platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.)
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, analytics dashboards, and reporting tools
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and make optimization decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and campaign tools (Nice-to-Have)
- Prior experience in backend operations, compliance, or data analysis (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations) (Nice-to-Have)
- Understanding of performance marketing or TikTok algorithm behavior (Nice-to-Have)
