Responsibilities
- Seeing clients for individual, family, and group sessions.
- Making diagnoses and treatment plans that actually fit people’s lives.
- Writing case notes and reviews (we keep the paperwork reasonable—we promise).
- Collaborating with other therapists who actually enjoy working together.
- Keeping a caseload of 26 -28 sessions per week, with flexibility built in.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in a behavioral science field
- A Maryland license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT
- A knack for treatment planning and documentation
- A passion for mental health, plus a willingness to try new approaches
