About the role

Responsibilities

- Create test plans together with the test manager
- Execute tests using hardware-in-the-loop test system
- Interpret test results, create reports and drive improvements
- Troubleshoot issues and analyze patterns in system behavior
- Collaborate on development of test automation framework
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
- Basic understanding of programming, test automation design patterns, and electronics
- Strong testing skills (risk analysis, test design, reporting, communication)
- Strong willingness to learn and understand international rules and regulations according to functional safety standards (functional safety certification is a plus)
- Strong proactive attitude and curious mindset
- Willingness to learn business practices, processes, and procedures
- Strong problem-solving and creative troubleshooting skills
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on the big picture, without missing important details
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English (German is a plus)
