About the role
- Joining SEB's Tech Trainee Programme to develop cloud-based telephony services and grow your tech skills in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of our future telephony platform
- Gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in infrastructure planning and cloud readiness
- Understanding telephony systems and services
- Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams
- Supporting automation and operational best practices
- Participate in SEB's Tech Trainee Programme for six months, contributing to meaningful projects, working on tech tracks, gaining communication and leadership skills, and participating in a hackathon and a business challenge
Requirements
- Graduated within the past two years, or will graduate before the programme starts on 1st September 2026 – from a relevant academic degree or a two-year vocational education in IT or tech
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership
- Great communication skills and to be able to work in English
- Computer Science, Information Technology, of Software Engineering
- Cloud computing or DevOps
- Experience with programming, cloud platforms, or telephony systems is a plus - but not required.
- Previous experience (part-time work, student projects, labs in IT/Tech etc.) and involvement during your studies are advantageous but what matters most is your potential and passion.
