Responsibilities
- Responsible for gathering, configuration, and implementation of payment solutions
- Collaborate with implementation managers and cross-functional teams
- Work with clients to document technical specifications
- Identify and escalate potential risks during implementation
- Translate business problems into actionable user stories
- Gather client requirements and implement solutions across multiple products
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on integrations
- Lead technical status calls and report back to project teams
- Work with peers to establish best practices and execute technical improvements
- Maintain deadlines and quality standards across multiple active projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Solutions Engineering or technical consulting roles
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and SQL
- Familiarity with Git workflows and distributed systems
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects
- Comfortable with public speaking and client interactions
- Experience collaborating with product teams on new feature development and implementation
- Understanding financial models and principles is a plus
