  • Technical Solutions Specialist responsible for gathering and implementing payment solutions. Collaborating with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for gathering, configuration, and implementation of payment solutions
  • Collaborate with implementation managers and cross-functional teams
  • Work with clients to document technical specifications
  • Identify and escalate potential risks during implementation
  • Translate business problems into actionable user stories
  • Gather client requirements and implement solutions across multiple products
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on integrations
  • Lead technical status calls and report back to project teams
  • Work with peers to establish best practices and execute technical improvements
  • Maintain deadlines and quality standards across multiple active projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Solutions Engineering or technical consulting roles
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and SQL
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and distributed systems
  • Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects
  • Comfortable with public speaking and client interactions
  • Experience collaborating with product teams on new feature development and implementation
  • Understanding financial models and principles is a plus
