About the role

  • Evaluate and uplift the quality of existing products, identifying and resolving deficiencies;
  • Proactively suggest product enhancements based on thorough analysis;
  • Drive improvements in product quality for elevated customer experiences;
  • Assess and optimize the performance of AI and Machine Learning models;
  • Systematically document, prioritize, and address testing anomalies and defects;
  • Develop and oversee a robust Quality Planning strategy;
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team for seamless project delivery;
  • Identify and alleviate bottlenecks in quality assurance processes;
  • Spearhead continuous improvement projects and quality data collection;
  • Establish and track key KPIs for product quality;
  • Prepare and present comprehensive quality reports to Senior Management.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of the customer support lifecycle and platforms;
  • Proficiency in automation processes and methodologies;
  • Knowledge of networking, AI, LLM, NLP technologies;
  • Experience with various programming languages;
  • Strong analytical skills for data and trend analysis;
  • In-depth understanding of our company’s structure and dynamics.
