About the role
- Project Manager with a focus on Cyber Security and Compliance at IKH Group. Leading IT and Security projects, ensuring successful delivery in international environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver IT & Security projects by planning, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and security frameworks.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget, while meeting security and compliance requirements.
- Assist in defining project objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and security feasibility.
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure alignment with project security policies.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate methodologies and security metrics.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting in line with ITSMS / ISMS (ISO 27001) models.
Requirements
- Proven work experience in IT project management with exposure to security-focused initiatives (e.g., cybersecurity deployments, security audits, infrastructure hardening, compliance projects).
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in infrastructure, networks, and security solutions.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, ITIL, COBIT).
- PMP/Prince II certification (additional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA will be considered a plus).
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to perform in high-pressure situations and manage multiple competing priorities while ensuring security and compliance controls are maintained.
- Solid organizational skills, with attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
