About the role
- Cybersecurity Specialist responsible for cybersecurity of novel services at Woven City, supporting engineering teams and aligning secure software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support service developers in terms of cybersecurity, utilizing strong cybersecurity expertise
- Lead process improvements, collaborating with the corporate security team
- Create cybersecurity guidelines following corporate policy
- Assist development and operations teams in developing secure architectures
- Align strategic goals and efficiently manage projects, with liaison with multiple development and business teams
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Security, computer science or related field
- 5+ years of relevant engineering or operation experience
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written both English and Japanese with members from diverse backgrounds
- Flexibility and tenacity to deal with diverse decision-making mechanisms and logic
- Proven capability on cybersecurity domain (e.g. holding CISSP, GIAC or JP RISS)
- Experience with internal policy or standard development
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence
- Experience of software development with secure coding method
- Agile/scrum work style
- Communication skills, with a sense of urgency and the ability to take action to proceed projects effectively and efficiently
