Responsibilities
Support service developers in terms of cybersecurity, utilizing strong cybersecurity expertise
Lead process improvements, collaborating with the corporate security team
Create cybersecurity guidelines following corporate policy
Assist development and operations teams in developing secure architectures
Align strategic goals and efficiently manage projects, with liaison with multiple development and business teams
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Information Security, computer science or related field
5+ years of relevant engineering or operation experience
Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written both English and Japanese with members from diverse backgrounds
Flexibility and tenacity to deal with diverse decision-making mechanisms and logic
Proven capability on cybersecurity domain (e.g. holding CISSP, GIAC or JP RISS)
Experience with internal policy or standard development
Experience using JIRA and Confluence
Experience of software development with secure coding method
Agile/scrum work style
Communication skills, with a sense of urgency and the ability to take action to proceed projects effectively and efficiently
