- Technical Product Manager leading the development of output systems for ING. Focused on modernizing infrastructure and ensuring positive customer experiences with strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Gemeinsam mit Deinem Squad entwickelst und modernisierst Du unsere Output-Systeme.
- Von der Idee bis zur technischen Umsetzung bringst Du Deine Konzepte ein, sorgst für reibungslose Prozesse und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kund*innen ein rundum positives Erlebnis haben.
- Du hältst unsere Systeme stabil, modernisierst kontinuierlich die Infrastruktur und sorgst mit datenbasierten Entscheidungen für Stabilität, Skalierbarkeit und Business Value.
- Mit einer klaren Roadmap planst Du Initiativen entlang strategischer Ziele, priorisierst technologische und regulatorische Anforderungen und übersetzt Business Needs in klare technische Spezifikationen und User Stories.
- Und weil Qualität für Dich an erster Stelle steht, begleitest Du die Umsetzung im Squad, definierst Akzeptanzkriterien und stellst die termingerechte Lieferung neuer Features, Upgrades und Fixes sicher.
- Durch Dein Stakeholder-Management gewährleistest Du klare Abstimmungen und treibst gemeinsam mit anderen Squads und Teams kontinuierliche Optimierungen voran.
Requirements
- Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Produktmanager oder Product Owner in einem agilen Umfeld
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis von Systemlandschaften, Infrastruktur und Softwareentwicklung; Erfahrung mit Output-Management-Systemen, Datenbanken und Microservices von Vorteil
- Starkes organisatorisches Talent mit Erfahrung in Roadmap-Planung, Backlog-Management und Definition von User Stories
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, selbstgesteuerte und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Themen strukturiert voranzutreiben
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit
- Fähigkeit, über den eigenen Horizont hinaus zu denken und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
