Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in system engineering, with a proven track record in leading technical teams.
- In-depth knowledge of system architecture principles and technical standards.
- Strong experience in performing requirements analysis, functional allocation, and system design.
- Familiarity with development processes such as Agile, V-Model, or similar methodologies.
- Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams, effectively collaborating to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in industry-standard modeling tools and software (e.g., UML, SysML, MATLAB/Simulink).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands.
