About the role
- Technical Consultant specializing in property valuation at Colliers, conducting field inspections and preparing reports for clients. Ensuring accurate property assessments and analysis for diverse asset types.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of property valuation reports for a wide range of property types;
- Collect field information by inspecting properties, identifying all aspects to be assessed according to department guidelines;
- Analyze technical reports of inspected properties, taking into account all documents relevant to their complete characterization;
- Perform calculations by developing or using existing statistical models in Excel for report preparation;
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings on matters related to clients' and Colliers' interests;
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree completed – Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property and real estate valuation processes.
- English: Intermediate to Advanced (Preferred)
- Excel: Intermediate to Advanced
- Proficiency with other Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
