About the role

  • Technical Consultant specializing in property valuation at Colliers, conducting field inspections and preparing reports for clients. Ensuring accurate property assessments and analysis for diverse asset types.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of property valuation reports for a wide range of property types;
  • Collect field information by inspecting properties, identifying all aspects to be assessed according to department guidelines;
  • Analyze technical reports of inspected properties, taking into account all documents relevant to their complete characterization;
  • Perform calculations by developing or using existing statistical models in Excel for report preparation;
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings on matters related to clients' and Colliers' interests;

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed – Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property and real estate valuation processes.
  • English: Intermediate to Advanced (Preferred)
  • Excel: Intermediate to Advanced
  • Proficiency with other Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
