About the role

  • Support complex builds by adapting existing build processes and code.
  • Work hands-on with data: processing, structuring, cleaning and preparing for simulations.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team on new methods or tools.
  • Optimise technical workflows for repeatability and scalability.
  • Join client calls and workshops to provide technical perspective.
  • Explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
  • Build credibility as a technical partner alongside consultants and Growth team.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, QA processes, and knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years experience in a technical, data or consultancy role (e.g., SRE, data engineer, or developer).
  • Ability to adapt and work with code (e.g., Python, APIs, scripting, workflow logic).
  • Strong skills in data processing and structuring (qual, quant, or mixed datasets).
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable explaining technical detail to non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) – essential for client calls.
  • UK-based candidate.
