About the role
- Implement product data onboarding processes and integrate retail media platform
- Integrate marketplace and retail media platform into BAUHAUS e-commerce system
- Work closely with Product Owner to design and develop the digital partner platform
- Design future-proof architectures and platforms in alignment with BAUHAUS strategic goals
- Lead and empower a team of software engineers through coaching and code reviews
- Collaborate with other product teams to ensure integrative architecture
- Actively contribute to Tech Lead community and help shape ways of working
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in computer science or business informatics or comparable training (e.g. IT Specialist) with several years of professional work experience
- At least two years of relevant work experience as Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or Engineering Manager
- Very good knowledge of Golang
- Experience with DevOps (CI/CD)
- Experience in API design
- Experience with cloud native infrastructure (GCP)
- Knowledge in TypeScript is an advantage
- Experience integrating SaaS solutions and internal GCP solutions
- Empathic team player with strong people and communication skills and ability to take responsibility
- Very good knowledge of English; ideally good knowledge of German
