About the role
- Build cross-platform desktop applications for healthcare environments using Electron.js and Angular (v12+)
- Develop scalable, secure desktop apps integrated with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Design and implement intuitive UIs for complex healthcare workflows and medical device interfaces
- Optimize desktop app performance, memory usage, and IPC communication
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and security best practices (e.g., HIPAA/DICOM/FHIR familiarity preferred)
- Collaborate with product, QA, backend, and clinical SMEs
- Provide mentorship, perform code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions
- Participate in deployment, app signing, auto-update and packaging processes
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development (experience band 9-12 Years)
- Strong proficiency in Angular (v12+), TypeScript, JavaScript, and Electron.js
- Experience building and deploying cross-platform desktop apps (Windows/macOS/Linux)
- Familiarity with Node.js, IPC, app signing, auto-updates, and packaging tools
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Candidate must have experience in handling a team (team lead/mentorship)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
- Immediate joiners only (notice period: immediate)
