Responsibilities
- Analyze existing systems and data workflows to identify areas of integration across the BCA production value stream
- Gather, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to support BCA program and functional needs
- Monitor process performance and compliance, using metrics and Key performance indicators to measure effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system and data solution recommendations
- Generate insights to support strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
- Support data migration, data cleansing, and data validation activities
- Analyze Long Range Business Plans from the functions and IDT&S Product teams to integrate to BCA program need, identify gaps, risks, and opportunities
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure process alignment with technology implementations
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in systems analysis and data management
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in systems design and/or systems analysis and/or systems integration
- 3+ years of experience with SQL/Teradata SQL, R, Python or Toad
- 3+ years of experience utilizing data visualization tools including excel and/or Tableau
- 3+ years of experience with software/application development process, including productionizing and deployment
- 3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
