About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with other IT teams to install, configure, and troubleshoot communication systems.
- Ensuring compliance with FCC and FAA regulations related to microwave and licensed radio systems.
- Supporting tower design, including lighting and reporting requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis on resolved problems.
- Design and develop appropriate monitoring or other proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.
- Mentor Tier I staff and share knowledge with other Tier II personnel.
- Analyze and document the architecture and configuration of wireless infrastructure.
- Provide configuration and engineering for new technologies.
- Lead the support and configuration activities for technologies where you have been designated a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer sciences or an equivalent combination of formal education and job-related experience
- Proven experience in radio network technologies and infrastructure
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and licensing procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
