About the role
- Quality Consultant supporting Quality Management System in aerospace and defense sectors. Collaborating with executive management to ensure compliance with EN 9100 / ISO 9001 standards.
Responsibilities
- As a trusted partner to executive management, you will provide strategic and operational support for structuring, maintaining, and improving the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Your responsibilities will include: ensuring the QMS complies with and is kept up to date in accordance with EN 9100 / ISO 9001 standards.
- Oversee quality documentation, performance indicators, and facilitate process and management reviews.
- Prepare and support internal, external and certification audits, as well as customer or regulatory authority inspections.
- Advise and support operational teams in applying quality best practices.
- Lead corrective and preventive action plans and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives related to compliance and safety.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in quality management, aerospace, or integrated systems.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in system quality within a demanding industrial environment (aerospace, defense, space, or equivalent).
- Strong command of EN 9100 and ISO 9001 standards and audit processes.
- Professional-level English, both spoken and written.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, leadership, and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Quality auditor certification is a plus.
