About the role

• System Engineer responsible for the reliable operation of IT infrastructure and security projects. Contributing expertise to shape company's future IT strategy in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation, monitoring, and optimization of IT infrastructure(cloud services).
• Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure and security projects.
• Manage virtualization, containerization, and cloud platforms(Azure).
• Implement and maintain security measures in line with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, ISO 27001).
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and provide 2nd/3rd level support.
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with IT colleagues, business units, and external providers.
• Evaluate new technologies and bring forward innovative solutions.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a System Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge in: Cloud Platforms(Azure) Microsoft 365 & collaboration platforms Backup, Monitoring and security solutions.
• Experience with automation (PowerShell, Cloud Shell, or similar).
• Familiarity with regulatory environments (finance/banking experience is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle time-sensitive operations.
• Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mentality.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive work style.
