Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation, monitoring, and optimization of IT infrastructure(cloud services).
- Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure and security projects.
- Manage virtualization, containerization, and cloud platforms(Azure).
- Implement and maintain security measures in line with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, ISO 27001).
- Troubleshoot complex incidents and provide 2nd/3rd level support.
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with IT colleagues, business units, and external providers.
- Evaluate new technologies and bring forward innovative solutions.
- Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a System Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge in: Cloud Platforms(Azure) Microsoft 365 & collaboration platforms Backup, Monitoring and security solutions.
- Experience with automation (PowerShell, Cloud Shell, or similar).
- Familiarity with regulatory environments (finance/banking experience is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle time-sensitive operations.
- Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mentality.
