About the role
- Lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams for dynamic international projects. Act as a functional expert and advise clients on supply chain transformation.
Responsibilities
- You would lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in client-focused and dynamic international projects, with strong autonomy and guidance.
- Act as functional and solution expert to proactively advise customers and deliver outstanding results in your areas of expertise.
- Planning, conception, and implementation of complex SCM (Supply Chain Management) transformation projects over the entire project life cycle.
- Contribute to business development, from the request for information to the proposal submission and presentation.
- Participate actively to the development of the practice, including service offerings development support, training, and knowledge management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of IBP and/or Kinaxis implementation programs in roles like Functional lead, Solution Architect or SME (alternatively: same role on industry side)
- Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning among the following areas: Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SC Control Tower.
- Must have work experience in leading IT consulting companies.
- Ideally a solution expert in one of the leading supply chain planning tools, especially SAP IBP or/and Kinaxis.
- Software vendor background (SAP and/or Kinaxis).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
- Experience in planning, conception, and implementation of complex SCM (Supply Chain Management) transformation projects over the entire project life cycle.
- Experience in evaluating existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP IBP or Kinaxis.
- Experience in leading the implementation of supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards.
- Ideally industry experience either in Manufacturing, CGP, and/or Life Science.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally in a second language (e. g. German, French).
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
- Certification in SAP IBP or Kinaxis is a plus.
- Familiarity with other supply chain management software.
