- Lead and promote continuous improvement within the Core Banking team
- Develop technical roadmaps and improve the quality of technical solutions

- Work on transitioning to the cloud
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in large and complex enterprise environments, preferably in banking & financial services
- Ability to work independently and drive a culture of quality, excellence, and openness
- Provides technical governance and guidance throughout the complete solution delivery lifecycle
- Passionate about learning new tools and technologies
- Designs, documents, and implements solutions to distribute source system data
- Produces high-quality technical solutions utilizing approved delivery frameworks
- Contributes to complex delivery planning and alignment with engineering direction
- Ability to constructively challenge the status quo while influencing stakeholders
- Collaborates with peers and helps grow capabilities within the squad
