About the role
- Define the long-term vision and strategy for the Seller Risk and Risk Investigation product portfolio
- Lead the ideation and development of Gen AI and AI/ML-powered risk detection and investigation tools
- Own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, risk operations, legal, and other stakeholders
- Leverage strong analytical skills and data to inform product decisions
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging fraud vectors, and competitor activities
- Clearly articulate the product vision, strategy, and business value
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- at least 3+ years in the risk, fraud, or trust and safety domain
- deep understanding of AI/ML concepts
- experience shipping products leveraging these technologies
- strong understanding of e-commerce/fintech risk landscapes including fraud patterns
- exceptional data analysis skills
- proficiency with SQL, Python, or data visualization platforms
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field, MBA is a plus
