Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of research experiments that will inform the GST future roadmap
- Document and interpret complex research findings to answer critical business questions.
- Effectively communicate within the team and also showcase the team’s research within the department
- Adhere to the teams standards in terms of engineering practices and code quality, maintainability and testability.
- Show eagerness to learn new tools & technologies

Requirements
- Bachelors/Master's degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Including experience in Python coding or comparable programming languages
- Experience in a start-up environment or research focused area is a bonus.
- Hands-on experience working with AWS Cloud Services or equivalent public cloud providers.
- Knowledge of cloud SDKs for deploying and managing services.
- Knowledge of data storage, pipeline and analytics services is a bonus
- Experience of working in a DevOps CI/CD environment.
- Familiarity with, and interest in working with Generative AI
- Bonus for experience working with e.g. OpenAI SDKs

- Experience in data science / machine learning is a bonus
