- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for a Lambda-based backend that powers both internal services and React Native mobile applications.
- Expand and improve test coverage across backend APIs and mobile frontends to ensure reliable, high-quality releases.
- Implement automated regression, integration, and performance testing to catch issues early and maintain consistent delivery standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance observability, build fault-tolerant testing strategies, and validate system performance under varying load conditions.
Requirements
- Proficiency with TypeScript for building automated test suites and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with backend testing frameworks such as Jest and Testing Library, and React Native testing frameworks such as React Native Testing Library and Detox.
- Experience testing serverless backend systems such as AWS Lambda and SQS.
- Strong understanding of API validation, integration testing, and performance benchmarking for distributed systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and engineering best practices.
