About the role
- Build a next-generation CRM application to make sales management simple, insightful, and collaborative
- Help shape the core workflows that sales teams rely on every day as part of an empowered cross-functional product team
- Solve complex, high-impact problems that influence how businesses grow, including pipeline management, bulk & ERP data loading, and sales intelligence collaboration
- Enhance pipeline management tools for tracking and managing sales opportunities from first contact through to close
- Implement bulk import and ERP integration for Accounts, Contacts, and Leads at scale to reduce manual entry and accelerate adoption
- Partner with Sales Insights and Sales Intelligence teams to explore guided selling experiences
- Contribute to technical discussions, shape design decisions, and take ownership of outcomes
- Move fast without compromising data integrity or user trust, and consider downstream impacts and edge cases
Requirements
- Full stack engineer with a strong front end focus
